1. Do you take online bookings only?

For your ease, we take BOTH online bookings and phone bookings You can call the Salon on (03) 5427 3030.

2. Are you open during Covid-19 Restrictions?

Yes, we are! Currently country Victoria is under Stage three restrictions which allows the salon to operate with Covid safe procedures in place. See more about our requirements and procedures here.

3. What services do you offer?

We offer a full range of services. Cut & Finishing for Women, men, children and babies; Hair treatments; Colour services; Permanent Waves; Hair extensions and Cosmetology. For a full breakdown of services, please see our pricing page here.

4. Do you sell products online?

Yes, all of our salon products are available to purchase securely online. Check out our online shop here for all your haircare needs. 

5. Do you have parking facilities?

If you bring your car, we have a few amazing options for parking! Street parking is available for up to 2 hours, and if you are having a service that exceeds that  time frame, you’re welcome to use the car park behind Bourkies Bakehouse. Shop 1 + 2, 115 High Street Woodend. On the corner of High Street and Forest Street.

7. What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is guided by standard protocol and kind consideration. We require 48 hours notice for cancellations of appointments or you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.

Bella reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed appointments.

No shows will be required to pay a deposit for future appointments.

Booked services cannot be cancelled on arrival of visit.

8. What are your payment options?

We love to be flexible for you, so payments in the salon can be made by all major credit cards and cash.

Online payments can be made by credit card and Paypal.
