What make Bella so great is the intuitive relationship Emma has with me and my hair. A hairstyle isn't just a cut (which is done superbly - truly wizard) a hairstyle is an expression of personality and sense of self. l always feel special when l enter the salon. It does not matter who greets you. Emma alway has a lovely smile and makes you feel like a long lost friend. From being brought a drink to having my hair shampooed you feel like you are being spoilt. l always relax as l have my scalp massaged. My haircut and styling are always as l imagined because Emma has spent time asking what l would like, changes, likes or dislikes.
