Our Procedures

We would like to THANK each of you for your support and kindness you have shown us through this challenging time.

The well-being of our Clients and our Team is our absolute priority, we want to reassure you that we have implemented the government health and safety guidelines to ensure the highest possible hygiene standards are maintained in our Salon and to continue to keep our workplace a safe place for you relax and be pampered in.

All Clients must be fully vaccinated, check-in on arrival via the Services Victoria QR code and be able to provide your Covid-19 certificate.

It is a requirement that ALL Clients check-in with the Services Victoria via the QR code at the front desk. It is a further requirement to provide your Covid-19 certificate for viewing. We recommend linking the two by following these steps.
All of the Bella Team are fully vaccinated
We have installed an AIRPATH system in our Salon. AirPath is a unique and highly effective solution that actually prevents the spread of all viral or bacterial sickness. Read more here
EVERYONE entering our Salon MUST sanitise their hands immediately when entering and exiting the salon
All team members have completed the governments Infection Control Training COVID-19
On warmer days the Salon front door will be open to allow fresh air to circulate and to limit unnecessary contact.
Our hands are sterilised before and after each service and we provide a De Lorenzo hand sanitiser on each client station bench for you to use throughout the appointment
Your welcome napkin is infused with Thieves essential oil, a natural antibacterial
Your wooden Welcome Tea & Towel holder is sprayed with disinfectant after each use.
After each client’s service the station bench, chair, trolley and all equipment used are disinfected
The cutting/colouring wraps that we use on you are only single use and are washed immediately after a service is complete
When taken to the basin for your relaxation experience we have clear perplex dividers inbetween each basin
Basins and basin chairs are disinfected after each use including the basin neck cushion
For all Cosmetology services your stylist will be wearing a mask
Our magazines are available for you to read at your leisure, we ask that you please sanitise your hands before and after reading one and we also encourage each of you to bring in your own reading material
Our Eftpos machine is wiped over with disinfectant after each use
We ask that you insert or tap your own card into the Eftpos machine to eliminate unnecessary contact.
